• Remove healing caps off the Transmucosal abutments • Place verification jig into the transmucosal abutments • Make sure all prosthetic screws are seated • Verify fit of the jig • If the jig does not fit correctly follow instructions sent with jig • Verify proper placement with X-ray * Follow directions sent with jig • Remove the jig • Use baseplate/bite rim to register the vertical • Record Alameter and Papillameter • Mark high smile line • Mark mid-line • Take photos (see photo guide video) • Remove baseplate/bite rim and send back

Appointment #2
• Articulate models • Set teeth for try-in
• Remove healing caps off the Transmucosal abutments • Place try-in • Verify tooth position, smile line, vertical dimension and phonetics • Place Transmucosal healing caps • Do Not Remove Transmucosal Abutments
After lab receives the doctor information, the lab will… • Evaluate Rx and see if any changes are needed • Fabricate the prototype • Send to doctor for the next appointment
Appointment #3
• Remove healing caps off the Transmucosal abutments • Deliver prototype • Let the patient keep the product for 2–3 weeks minimum • Do Not Remove Transmucosal Abutments
Appointment #4
• Evaluate how the patient is functioning with the prototype • Make note of any changes, remove the prototype and return appliance and change requests to the lab
After lab receives the doctor information, the lab will… • Evaluate Rx and see if any changes are needed • Process case to final
Appointment #5
and provide doctor with final product
• Deliver final product • Instruct patient on the use and care of the appliance
