Lab receives impression from doctor and begins making... • Master model • Baseplate/bite rim
• Use base plate / bite rim to register the vertical • Record alameter and papillameter • Mark high smile line • Mark mid-line • Take photos (see photo guide video) • Remove baseplate / bite rim and return to the lab • Upload pictures to website portal • Do not remove attachments

After lab received the doctor information, the lab will… • Articulate models • Fabricate a cast strengthener • Set teeth for try-in
Appointment #2
• Place try-in • Verify tooth position, smile line, vertical dimension and phonetics • Return to the lab • Leave attachments in the mouth
After lab receives the doctor information, the lab will… • Process the setup
Appointment #3
• Deliver final product • NOTE: Pick up attachments if needed
